We use collected information solely to provide the Service — specifically, to authenticate your account and publish content you have authorized. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.
When you connect your TikTok account, GrabitHQ accesses the following data via the TikTok API: basic profile information (open ID, display name, avatar) and video publishing permissions. This data is used only to facilitate content posting and is not stored beyond what is necessary for the Service to function.
Access tokens are stored securely and deleted upon account disconnection. We retain minimal usage logs for up to 30 days for debugging purposes.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may disconnect your social media accounts at any time, which will revoke GrabitHQ's access. To request deletion of your data, contact us at hello@grabithq.com.
